BUI-180 Automatic Iodine Analyzer

BUI-180 automatic iodine analyzer can be used to analyze iodine in water and urine. The analysis of water iodine meets the standard of GB 5750 "Iodide", while the analysis of urine iodine meets the standard of WS/T 107-2016 "Arsenic catalytic spectrophotometric determination of iodine in urine".


Instrument Introduction

The instrument adopts a three position robotic arm, automatic reagent addition, built-in graphite digestion, non-contact mixing, and the reaction process uses a super constant temperature water bath to accurately control reaction temperature. The instrument is fully automated except for sampling, without human intervention. The accuracy of the test results meets the requirements of qualified quality control sample determination, and can achieve automatic detection and analysis of water iodine and urine iodine.


Instrument characteristics

Ø Simple and convenient operation: The experimental personnel only need to take samples and place them on the sample tray. After setting the program, click "Start" to achieve automatic liquid addition and digestion, automatic cleaning and colorimetry, and all other detection processes.

Ø High sample detection efficiency: A maximum of 180 samples can be placed at a time, and each batch can digest 60 samples.

Ø Better data stability and accuracy: use 380nm and 400nm LED light sources, and can achieve automatic switching; An accurate temperature control system and time control system ensure the reliability, accuracy, and data stability of the detection results.

Ø Green and environmentally friendly testing process: During the testing process, experimental personnel do not contact with toxic chemical reagents, use less actual amount, generate less waste liquid, and have a waste liquid recovery device.

Ø Intelligent work platform: The software is easy to operate and has functions such as system lubrication and self-check. The linear graph intuitively displays the detection curve, monitors the sample timing throughout the detection process, real-time displays digestion and water bath temperature, and program updates can be achieved with one click operation.

Ø Adopts WLAN communication interface to ensure stable and reliable data transmission and stable operation.
