BLC
BLC-8 Automatic Evaporator for gross alpha/beta activity concentrations in water

Introduction

BLC series Automatic Evaporator for gross alpha/beta activity concentrations in water developed by Baode. On the basis of adhering to test requirements of relevant standards and methods, the instrument integrates far-infrared radiation heating system, intelligent sampling system and high-precision concentration quantification system. It has functions such as adjustable heat source power, constant temperature heating, and evaporation concentration quantification control, and can achieve automatic pretreatment such as evaporation, concentration, and acid removal for water samples and dust.

Characteristics

Ø Adopt automation to replace manual operation by experimental personnel

Ø Processing large batches and large volumes of water samples at once, greatly reducing the pre-treatment time and workload, making it fast, efficient, and intelligent.

Ø Adopts industrial electronic control system to ensure safe and efficient operation.

Application:

Ø Automatic evaporation- concentration- acid-driving pre-treatment of large volume water samples

Ø Gross α/ β automatic pretreatment of evaporation, concentration, and acid-driving pretreatment during the detection of radioactive activity concentration for surface water, groundwater, industrial wastewater, domestic sewage, and other radioactive water samples, as well as drinking water, source water, natural mineral water for drinking, and other water samples.

Ø Automatic evaporation and concentration treatment of dust samples in ambient air

Ø Evaporation concentration of dissolved total solids (TDS) in drinking water, source water, and natural mineral water;

Ø Concentration treatment of other large volume water samples.

Application

Ø Ecological environment monitoring centers, nuclear and radiation safety monitoring departments,

Ø Disease control centers, occupational disease prevention and control institutes, entry-exit inspection and quarantine

Ø Nuclear industry research institutions, nuclear geology, nuclear power plants, nuclear science related research institutions

Ø Marine testing, water companies, water companies, third-party testing companies and other related fields.
