
1. Instrument Principle
This instrument uses a syringe to draw up the sample and dilution water, which is stored in the sampling loop. After the sample is drawn up, the liquid is pushed to the designated sample tube position.
2. Main Components
The proportional diluent consists of two syringe devices and three multi-position valves. When used with an auto-sampler, it can automatically prepare standard solutions and automatically dilute samples exceeding the standard. The instrument is equipped with one injection tube (connected to the injection needle and mounted on the auto-sampler), two diluent tubes, and two waste discharge tubes. The waste discharge tube is inserted into the waste liquid bottle, the diluent tube is inserted into the diluent (usually water), and the injection tube is connected to the auto-sampler needle.
3. System Configuration
This instrument is equipped with a 2.5mL small-volume syringe, a 5mL large-volume syringe, two sets of three-way valves and a six-way valve.
