BDCFA-800 Automatic Continuous Flow Analyzer is developed and produced independently by Beijing Baode Instrument Co., Ltd. It uses the bubble interval continuous flow analysis principle (CFA) to detect total phosphorus, total nitrogen, phosphate, Nitrate nitrogen, nitrite nitrogen , Ammonia nitrogen and other projects in water samples. The integrated design of the instrument is suitable for simultaneous detection and analysis for multiple parameters and large batches of water samples.
Main features:
Ø Adopt bubble interval continuous flow principle (CFA).
Ø Integrated design: integrated design of automatic sampler, high-precision peristaltic pump, chemical analysis module, online pre-processing device, LED light source detector, circuit control and software workstation.
Ø Each analytical channel is equipped with its own unique polar auto-sampler. The injector has 72 sample positions, 70 10ml sample positions and 2 50ml sample positions.
Ø Double-channel current-carrying tank provides real-time fluid replenishment to avoid cross-contamination during sampling.
Ø The high-precision pump is equipped with 17 pump tube channels; an integral pump gland is used as the pump cover.
Ø Air bubbles are injected through air valve, and the bubbles are uniform in size and shape.
Ø The chemical analysis module uses a quartz reaction mixing ring, including online heating, online UV digestion, online constant temperature and other online pre-treatment devices.
Ø Each analysis channel is equipped with a high-sensitivity photodetector, with an optional optical path length of 10-50mm.
Ø Workstation software can set analysis parameters, collect data, and generate reports automatically.
