BDA-36 Automatic Titrator

BDA-36 automatic titrator developed independently by Baode is an automated titration analysis instrument suitable for measuring the content of iodine in table salt, specifically for the determination of iodine in iodized table salt with added iodate, with measurement range of ≥ 0.5mg/kg.

Application scope

Ø Suitable for the determination of iodine in iodized edible salt with added iodate

Ø Suitable for measuring the total hardness of domestic drinking water and its source water using Na2EDTA titration method. Specifically applicable to water quality samples without serious pollution, such as domestic water, bottled (barrel) mineral water, surface water, groundwater, boiler water, wastewater, sewage, etc.

Ø Suitable for automatic analysis of color titration items such as chloride, cyanide, chemical oxygen demand (CODCr), and oxygen consumption (permanganate index)

Instrument characteristics

Ø Fully simulate manual titration speed, using slow fast slow titration method, with high detection efficiency

Ø High precision titration pump with good stability and no need for calibration

Ø RGB full gamut recognition system, capable of automatically analyzing various color titration items

Ø Polar coordinate robotic arm technology enables accurate grasping and release of samples from different positions using a disc type sample tray

Ø Each detection item can achieve "one click switching" without the need for additional accessories

Reagent addition unit

Ø Including outlet and inlet pipelines, four dosing pumps, and one titration pump.

Ø The outlet and inlet pipelines adopt FEP fully chemical inert transparent pipes;

Ø liquid adding pump is 5mL, and the liquid adding accuracy is 0.01mL;

Ø The minimum titration volume of the pump is 0.025mL.
