On May 15-18, 2023, the first instrument training of Beijing Baode Instrument Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Baode ") completed and received good response. More than 70 user trainees from scientific research units, physical and chemical testing centers, and management, technical, and R&D personnel from various industries such as disease control, environment, and food from all over the country participated in the training course. All students passed the evaluation and assessment of their technical ability level and obtained the graduation certificate. This training was conducted in the form of "industry sharing, theoretical training, superior practical operation, and on-site answers", with three series of products including flow injection, atomic fluorescence, and liquid chromatography atomic fluorescence as the main training content. At the same time, other existing products, such as mercury meters, permanganate index, chemical oxygen demand, etc., were shared, and combined with methods for detecting drinking water and alkyl mercury Cutting-edge technologies and application cases in industries such as atomic fluorescence technology.

01 Invite experts as guests to share the forefront of the industry

This training also invited experts from the China Center for Disease Control and Prevention, Beijing Center for Disease Control and Prevention, and Qingdao Ecological Environment Monitoring Center to share cutting-edge technologies and years of work experience in the fields of disease control, environment, and food with the students. Many students also had in-depth exchanges and discussions with the experts on the work difficulties they usually encounter during class. In the sharing, experts have repeatedly mentioned that in previous conventional manual testing and analysis experiments, everyone has recognized the cumbersome operation process, the consumption of a large amount of manpower, material resources, financial resources, and time costs, many inaccurate factors in testing and analysis results, and significant health hazards of exposure to toxic reagents. With the continuous development of technology, automated instruments replacing manual operations has become an irresistible trend. Baode have been recognized and favored by experts, and have solved these problems with innovative technology and high-quality design in practical applications.

02 System theory training and hot technical exchange

During the theoretical training period, Technical engineers from the R&D and after-sales departments of Baode focus on the topics such as"Introduction to the Application and Maintenance of Fully Automatic Flow Injection Analyzers", "Introduction to the Application and Maintenance of Atomic Fluorescence Photometers", "Introduction to the Application and Maintenance of Liquid Chromatography Atomic Fluorescence Coupled Meters", "Introduction to the Application and Maintenance of Direct Injection Mercury Meters", "Automatic Urine Iodine and Water Iodine Detection and Analysis Technology", and "Introduction to CODcr Fully Automatic Chemical Oxygen Demand Detection and Analysis Technology", "CODMn Fully Automatic Permanganate Index Detection Technology" and vividly provide comprehensive theoretical explanations, aiming to solve problems such as experimental application, data analysis, and instrument maintenance for customers, assist users in expanding experimental applications, and improve experimental efficiency. At the same time, during the training process, technical engineers provided detailed answers to the experimental and usage questions raised by the students. The on-site learning and exchange atmosphere was lively, and the students expressed that these were high-quality specialized courses, and they benefited greatly from classes.

03”One to one "on-site practice, guided by" hand by hand "exercises

On the last day of the training, R&D department and production department arranged activities for the students to visit the company and laboratory, as well as on-site practical operation training. Six technical engineers carefully explained the company's development history, basic laboratory information, functional applications of various instruments and components, original product technology, instrument failure response methods, and common error factors to all students who were divided into five groups for practical operation. Students are very interested, and they kept asking questions about multiple flow injection analyzers, atomic fluorescence photometers, liquid chromatography-atomic fluorescence spectrometers, direct injection mercury meters, permanganate index analyzers, chemical oxygen demand analyzers, and other products displayed on site. The learning atmosphere was very strong, and the students strengthened their practical operation abilities unconsciously, achieving good training results.

04 5-minute on-site mercury measurement and joyful interactive teaching

It turned out that yesterday, product manager Wang Xiaofang explained the story of on-site testing of excessive mercury content in dyed hair for customers in the direct injection mercury analyzer classroom.
